      Components Handling:

    • SMD
      Our handlers and taping machines are designed to handle the whole range of Surface Mount Devices.


      Feeding from:

    • Strip Loader
      Lead frame strips are loaded from cassettes or vertical stacks.
    • Bulk Feeder
      Components in bulk are loaded with high speed vibrating feeding bowls.
    • Tube Loader
      Tubes loading from vertical or horizontal stack.
    • Track Loader
      Single or multi-channel tracks loading from vertical or horizontal stack.
    • Tray Loader
      Single or automatic multi tray loader.
    • Wafer Loader
      Single or multi wafer cassette loading.


      Process:

    • Trimming
      Components are separated from the lead frame with progressive trimming tools.
    • Lead Forming
      Component leads are shaped using very precise forming tool.
    • Electrical Test
      Component electronic functions are tested on flat (Kevin or non-Kevin) or clamping test station.
    • Marking
      Clean, fast, accurate and repetitive laser marking.
    • Vision Inspection
      For lead coplanarity, marking quality, and body integrity.
    • Sorting
      From electrical test and vision inspection results, components are sorted are sorted out in in bulk, tubes, tracks or trays.


      Packaging to:

    • Tape Output
      Components are packed into tapes for shipping.
    • Tube Output
      Components are packed into tubes for shipping.
    • Tray Output
      Components are packed into trays for shipping.
