The incumbent shall be responsible to identify and evaluate opportunities and develop long lasting partnerships with assigned key customers to maintain market leadership; to manage the relationship with the customers including marketing and maximizing exposure and awareness of existing/new business solutions; and to work closely with the Technical/Project Managers to ensure all activities are well coordinated.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering with minimum 5 years' managerial experience in Sales/Marketing
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills, strong negotiation and communication skills with demonstrated ability to effectively interface at all business levels
- Ability to establish and expand relationships with key executives and decision-makers within the customers' organisation
- Possess good business acumen to position the solution as a strategic advantage for our customers
The incumbent shall be responsible to design and modify high-tech automation machines; evaluate and find solutions to customers' modification requests; and co-ordinate with Production Department on new development of machines and equipment to achieve optimum operational process.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 3 years' experience in designing, development and assembly of fine mechanical equipment
- Must be proficient in CAD computer (Auto-cad, Solid Words 3D Software)
- Strong knowledge in Pneumatic Logic Controller and knowledge in programming is an added advantage
- Strong interest in robotics and automation
The incumbent shall be responsible to provide software support and assistance to customers; evaluate and find solutions to customers' modification requests; and provide support to our Field Service Engineers and our Manufacturing Plant.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with minimum 3 years' experience in development and implementation of control software and automation programming
- Strong knowledge of C++ programming
- Willing to travel
The incumbent shall be responsible for the installation, service and maintenance of high-tech automation machines; provide technical support and assistance to our customers; and co-ordinate between the customers and our manufacturing plant.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical & Electronic Engineering with minimum 3 years' experience in service and maintenance of equipment in related industry
